Creative Writers Required

Knowledge Hub is one of India’s leading blog that covers topics ranging from banking, finance, historical facts, interesting articles, myth busters, technology, etc. It was founded in December 2009 to spread awareness among people by presenting well-researched articles on various topics, in a simple and interesting manner.

After 5 years of managing the editorial part internally, we have decided to open the doors to others. If you are passionate about writing and knowledge sharing, we’ll provide you a platform to showcase your talent.

What’s In It For You?

  • Platform to show your work to others: Every article that you write will be published with your name, photo and a brief info about you, as shown below:

You will also get an independent page, just like this, where people can see all the articles written by you.

  • Exposure: Knowledge Hub has more than 650K (6.5 lac) followers on Facebook and Twitter. So, your post gets a large exposure, which could increase manifold if it gets viral.

  • Opportunity To Learn Social Media Marketing from Experts: We have been in the field of social media marketing for more than 4 years now. If you show interest, we will train you on the nuances of social media marketing.

  • Opportunity To Grow: Depending on your passion and interest, you can take up the role of the editor at a later time. As an editor, you will be responsible for making sure that the posts that are published on KH are of high quality.

  • Pocket Money: You’ll get paid for your work. No need to take pocket money from your parents! 🙂

  • Quality: We are very strict about the quality of articles on Knowledge Hub. We believe that writing 2 good articles in a week is better than writing 10 average articles. Please write well-researched articles. This will also help you build credibility in the eyes of the readers.

  • No Copy Pasting: We hate plagiarism and so does search engines! Copy pasting articles from other sources (online or magazines) is not allowed and might lead to a permanent ban from Knowledge Hub.

  • Proper Credits: If you have used some external source for reference, please make sure that you give proper credit to it.

  • No Affiliate Links: Do not put your affiliate links in the articles.

  • Outbound Links: You can link to external sources in your articles, provided they are relevant to the subject.

  • Minimum Word Limit: The article should be at least 350 words long.

Best Practices

  • Keep it Simple: We believe in what Einstein said, “If you can’t explain it to a six year old, you don’t understand it yourself.” Try to present difficult and boring topics in a simple and interesting manner, so that everyone enjoys reading it and look forward to more articles from you.

  • Reply To Comments: Nothing is more frustrating than not getting an answer to a question. So, make sure to reply to readers’ comments.

  • Pictures: A picture is worth a 1000 words. Wherever necessary, make use of images and screenshots to explain your point and to keep the post attractive. But, do not use copyrighted images and ensure that you give proper credit to the source of the image.
